ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist2 years agoA. hi milk teeth start to shed by the age of 5.5-6.5 years and get replaced by permanent teeth. if milk teeth dont shed and permanent teeth starts to erupt behind milk teeth then consult your nearest pediatric dentist

If the new teeth have not started to commit is not a problem child can start having its teeth breaking after the age of 4 1/2 to 5 years Anytime Soon need not worry about it if you see that the permanent Are erupting in the milk teeth have not gone yet then you can consult dentist one time
