#asktheexperts permanent teeth of my 6 yrs old daughter are coming yet milk teeth has not broken.

A. You have to consult your dentist to get the milk teeth removed because then only the permanent teeth is going to take its own place otherwise it is going to lose its place and it is going to come behind which is not right
