my 8 year old daughter has permanent teeth coming out over her milk teeth. does this need extraction of milk teeth

A. Yes you have to get the milk teeth removed right now otherwise the permanent is going to lose its own place and it will come behind the exact place where it is meant to be so please get it extracted soon and consult dentist
