#asktheexperts her two lower permanent teeth are coming and till now milk teeth has not broken yet … what to do ?

A. Please consult our dentist immediately because they will have to remove these two teeth which are milk teeth so that the permanent teeth will come in the right exact place where they are meant to be otherwise if they’re going to lose their place then they’re going to be behind and then braces will have to be done later on
