#asktheexperts My Child Has 9.5 Hemoglobin Level. what should I do to increase it. please suggest food for daily diet to increase the hemoglobin level

A. dear parent, to increase the haemoglobin level of your child, you should give iron rich foods. if non veg then: egg, non veg , organ meat green leafy vegetables black raisins, black til. whole legumes and whole Dal's bajra, ragi, rajgira Citrus fruits, squeeze lemon on food for absorption
