#asktheexperts my child doesn’t eat vegetables or dal with chapati or parantha. He like to eat them plain. How to make him eat vegetables and dal.

A. just keep calm n keep offering. Mix veggies into favorite meals of your kid. Try veggies warm, cold, frozen, roasted, steamed, sautéed, with dip, in different shapes, etc.

A. hi dear Healthy options include fresh vegetables and fruits, low-fat dairy products (milk, yogurt, cheeses) or dairy substitutes, lean proteins (beans, chicken, turkey, fish, lean hamburger, tofu, eggs), and whole-grain cereals and bread.
