ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. do encourage him, reward him for eating veggies, educate him about health benifit of eating veggies. Mix veggies into favorite meals of your kid. Try veggies warm, cold, frozen, roasted, steamed, sautéed, with dip, in different shapes, etc.
