#asktheexperts my breast milk is not enough for my 18days old daughter Can you help me as I had medicine and Shatavari powder as prescribed but still not happening

A. Lactare capsules or powder is a safe medicine or Take CurePerium powder with milk twice a day. Take 1 tsp methi seed with warm water will help. or do preffer Dhootapapeshwar Shatavari kalpa Granules1, it helps to increase lactation, take 1 tea spoon of it morning and night with hot or cold milk.

A. Hello mom if you are non-veg eat chicken daily it will increase your milk production and also eat phool makhane fox nuts ….. it will definitely boost milk production inshaAllah

A. Try taking fenugreek capsule is there also supposed to be quite nice to go ahead with it helps in increasing your lactation and that is going to be excellent otherwise the last option that you will be left it is to go ahead with giving formula feeding to the childWrite Your Answer Here
