#asktheexperts My baby will complete 6 months in 2 days , I started solids a week ago and notice that sometimes she poops hard, and apply too much pressure while poop. is this normal? how can we avoid it?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl4 weeks agoA. That’s actually normal you have to give enough amount of water to the child so that the child has better digestion of the food that you are giving that is our only the motion is going to be smooth and easy for the child
