#asktheexperts My baby will be 4 months old by next week.. Until her 3rd month I had enough milk supply.. After tat i have started giving her formula once in a day but she refused to take.. Please give me tips to increase milk supply

s madaanMom of a 9 yr 8 m old girl2 years agoA. you can take roasted Makhana and shatavri with milk twice a day which is helpful in increasing the milk supply you should also ensure that you are taking a proper amount of fluid the especially milk water and juices if possible which should be fresh
