hi doctors 2weeks ago I delivered my second child..initially my milk supply was good but as 3rd week started I see gradually decrease in milk supply...it seems my newborn is not getting enough feed every 10-15 minutes he starts crying..please suggest me some medicine to increase my milk supply

You can take fenugreek capsules twice in a day they’re supposed to be a good option for lactation mothers to increase their supplement but that is not enough you have to have a very balanced diet consumption of good fluids is equally important and high protein rich diet
