#asktheexperts my baby throws toys and other household items out of the window, she is just 2 . We cannot tell her not to throw ,as she does not understand negative word .how to teach her not to throw stuffs - Kaustubh

A. No it is not a negative word but kids of course do not like it so instead of saying no or interrupting you can always say yes it is very good that you throw all the toys then you are not getting any new toys or stuff you’re actually losing the stuff from the house and this is not a good practice then what are you going to be left with to play just try to review reverse words probably this way because reverse psychology works and lots of cases otherwise you have to tell your child that whatever you are throwing is not going to come back and I’m not going to buy anything new for you keep saying it and they are not that dumb that they don’t understand kids are very clever these days
