#asktheexperts my baby presently 7 months 1 day running....as she is nt gaining weight recently i hv checked ahe ws 5.7kg,,, is that okay? birth weight ws 2.5 kg n feeding with 3 times solid food along with breastfeed...

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist9 months agoA. Usually the baby will double the birth weight by 5 months of age and after that the weight gain will slow down. If you feel that something is wrong, then please consult a pediatrician and they will check for anything like thyroid disorder, etc.
