#asktheexperts my baby not to eat well. two or three spoons only. what should I do 😞

A. Someone said that children under 1 year old should not be given salt, so can I add a pinch of salt now?

A. Add necessary salt and spices into the food that you give to the child and that is what is going to be benefiting in developing flavour and taste to your child so do that and also give all the food whatever is made at home for your whole family
