#asktheexperts my baby is turning 6 months on 8th next month. What solids or liquid do I start with? Also when to start from? From 8th itself or 9th?

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy2 months agoA. hello after the baby complete 6 months u can start with semi solid n liquid based food like home made Cerelac rice smashed well fruits n veggies puree which all should be good
