Nasal saline drops can be given again and again to the child because it is salt water which will help in decreasing the nasal blockage by clearing the mucus Try to 5prevent temperature variations around the child which is the most common cause of cough and cold in small children For fever and pain give paracetamol Continue the regular diet which is being given to the child
