#asktheexperts my baby is of 8 months old now, already started solids to her, how much water intake she needed now?

A. 60 ml os okay, Give three meal and one snack a day Continue Giving bm/fm in between and on demand. You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli... Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge adding fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana... Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.

A. Around 50 to 80 ML 100 ML it completely would depend as to how much what are your child is having if you can give up till the amount of hundred ML as well then that’s good enough you can increase the amount as per the thirst of your child there is no description on water
