#asktheexperts my baby is having bad smell in nouth. He has started solid food with non beg items. We offer him water after food but his overall water intake is very less. We clean his mouth with cotton cloth. What else we can do to reduce the smell

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Mouth breathing is also a reason during nose block..give steam inhalation to get rid of nose block.
Give some water after each feeding..burp well to avoid reflux which is another cause of bad breath.
Wipe your baby’s teeth, gums, andtongue with a clean, damp, soft cloth after each feeding.
