Q.

#asktheexperts My baby is 8 months old, has genetic issues, & developmental delays. he aspirates a lot that is why on OG feeds. Since we changed his milk to stage 2, he remains constipated. its been a week that I have started semi solids in puree form which he takes by mouth and all other feeds are formula feed that is 120ml 3 hourly. He is currently on 2 meals a day one is puree and another is ready made cereal. Please help in easing his constipation. I have been giving duphlac 2.5ml twice a day. Also, how much water should he be taking and what should be the gap between meals? Kindly guide me how to go forward.

A. Madam for this purpose you will have to talk to your doctor only and they will tell you how do you need to proceed with it because this is a particular condition in which we will always recommend you to go by what your doctor has to advice and suggest you
