Mom of a 8 m old boy2 months ago
Q.

#asktheexperts "My baby is 6 months old My baby is born with IUGR small for gestational age and has partial control over their neck. I've noticed that my baby has good neck control when rolling over, and rummy time but when I hold them in an upright position, they're not able to control their neck fully. Is this normal, or are there any exercises or tips you can suggest to help my baby develop better neck control?"

A. Is your child full term or premature that you have not stated so it’s a full term child at the stability is not there then you wait for another 15 to 20 days if it doesn’t happen by the time of 6 1/2 months to 7 months then in that case you should check and you should currently start with a calcium supplement
