Q.

"My baby is 6 months old Full term baby My baby is born with IUGR small for gestational age and has partial control over their neck. I've noticed that my baby has good neck control when rolling over, and tummy time but when I hold them in an upright position, they're not able to control their neck fully. Is this normal, or are there any exercises or tips you can suggest to help my baby develop better neck control?"

A. Mam such kids which have this issue from the time of work they can take one month extra maybe to reach a milestone so you should wait but just to be on the safer side you may check with the doctor if you need to start with any supplement specially calcium during this time and vitamin D if you’re not giving
