#asktheexperts My baby is 5 month and 11 days today. As per doctor's advice I have started nestum 1/2 spoon and papaya fruit from yesterday. Today morning I feel baby is struggling to pass motion. she is clenching her fists and struggling. Her last motion was day before yesterday. apart from the 2 solid meals she is exclusively on bf.

A. Doctor, my concern is, is she constipating? should I give her lactulose?
