You can have fenugreek capsules they should supposedly be helpful for you in increasing your lactation that’s one of the best solutions that I can give you apart from that you should definitely go ahead with or having a good amount of liquid on an everyday basis because liquids be a very very important role in terms of four increasing the electrician for the child
