#asktheexperts my baby is 4.5 months old and she is 6.3 kg not increasing from past 1 week . Her birth weight was 3.48kg

Looking at the birthweight and the current weight this is extremely good but if your child is not gaining then you can check with your doctor because sometimes breastfeeding does not help enough after a while to gain weight in that case you can go for powder milk
