#asktheexperts my baby is 3 months old. I had c-section delivery. nw ,I hv back and waist pain.what type of exercise I can do?

A. only walked. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. Walk, Walk, Walk – Though moving around with a back pain might be the last thing you might have on mind. But trust us, walking is the safest exercise. You can start immediately after a normal delivery or even after a C-section. You can also opt for yoga to strengthen your strained muscles.
