ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. hello parent your kids to your 9 months old and is noticed to have white patch over the face requires proper examination it may be due to seasonal change or dry skin....or sign of allergy.... u may apply moisturizing or cold cream over the face
