#asktheexperts my baby is 19 months old . she is relly thin and dnt want to eat any food . plz give a proper diet chart plz . thanks in advance

They wanted to explore foods. It’s important to let the kid decide when to eat and how much to eat as force feeding will further lead to food refusal
