#asktheexperts My baby is 16 months , used to wake up at mid night 2:30 , 4:30, 6:30 for feeding (bf only) what to do should I increase the night meal please suggest

A. You should actually quit breastfeeding during the night and specially because this is the correct it for you to quit breastfeeding in totality only because this is just an addiction of your breast feed that is why your child wakes up every now and then start giving bottlefeeding to the child buffaloes account like whatever you want to but you need to quit breastfeeding nowWrite Your Answer Here

In day she takes 3-4 naps, 9:30 -10:30, 11:30 - 1:30, 4:00 - 6:00 and sometimes catnaps 7:00-7:30. Any solution to improve her night naps.
