ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi babies can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months.. keep checking for the signs of teething such as swollen and hardened gums, raised body temperature

The first teeth of a child is going to come somewhere between three months to 17 months of age so you can easily wait up till that much of a time yet if you see that your child is not getting a teeth on the higher side by then then you will have to consult a paediatric dentistWrite Your Answer Here
