ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. hii don't worry kids usually get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months. keep checking for the signs of teething such as excessive drooling of saliva soarness and itching in the gums

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Delayed or late teething is normal these days and not a cause for concern until your baby is 15 months old. If the delay is longer than 18 months, you should consult a pediatric dentist.
