Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Instead of soap you can use top to toe wash (liquid) with no tears formula which will be gentle on the baby's skin and won't irritate the eyes. Powder can be too strong for very tiny infants and sometimes create breathing issues. It can also create dryness. So it's always better to use lotion than powder. Avoid powders atleast until the baby is one year old.
