#asktheexperts My baby has completed 5 months. Her sleep cycle is changed. Earlier she is to only take short naps in night & good sleep at night & use to get up only once or max twice for feeding. But now she started atleast 2-4 hrs in day time. I have quite changed the places in last 1 month as we had to travel. Could be change of place can be reason or its growth sprut ?? Please advise

Sleep cycle is generally very common to be seen changed over the period there is no problem with that but and sometimes yes when the place is travelling and all does make a lot of difference so it can be because of the same also both the reasons can be correlated to each other
