A. depending on the type of cough if there is need for antibiotics doctor has to decide and give. in monsoon season baby will be having cold and cough frequently due to viral infections sometimes allergies please give steam inhalation frequently and saline drops in the nose of the baby

A. Maxtra would be good to be given to the child as of now you can give 0.5 ML3 times in the day also if the coughing is more you should nebulise your child as well but try to that you should consult your doctor as this could be an allergy reaction also maybe they would want to advise you with any different medication
