#asktheexperts my baby girl is obsessed with yogurt from the market. Is it safe for her to have it excessively?

Giving excess of anything is not saved and these yoghurts who have good content of honey and sweetener into that which is why it is not good to be given every day or excessively to the child because honey is also highly rich sweet so that’s not good to be given every day you have to set a moderation for it to the child otherwise it’s going to be unhealthy in the longer run
