#asktheexperts My baby doesn't want to eat. Her wieght is also not increasing.

A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplemfents like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given fovr 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is also very important .

A. Hello dear parent, you should not worry much about it. Y Give your child supplements like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only. As due to deficiency of these supplements children's growths low down. Also give good and healthy diet to eat.
