#asktheexperts my baby doesn't eat vegetables

A. Dear parent, its common children can be picky eaters till 5-6 years. set a positive example for your child, by having all healthy foods. create a conducive environment for building healthy eating habits. offer choice between two vegetables any one of which you may want him to try. yourself eat the vegetable that you want him to try and explain its texture, flavour to the kid and ask whether he would like to give it a try don't be pushy but be gently encouraging remember it's a phase it will pass
