Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hello good afternoon !! Milk and diary products, dal (lentils), fruits and vegetables, Soya are protein rich so you can substitute egg with them.
Paneer, soya,dal is the best option.
Also you can feed egg indirectly in different recipes as pancakes with wheat , banana,egg.
Omlet , bread omlet with vegetables.
Egg rice.
Scrambled egg, noodles,egg paratha.
egg dosa, home made cakes with eggs.
