shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. yes dear definitely u can if child doesn't have any history of eggs allergy then definitely u can start with it eggs are very healthy as well as nutritional and good source of omega 3 fatty acid and rich in proteins u can give one egg daily
