ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom try to give home cooked food as much as possible and It is ok to add some flavours to the food as well. Try one food at a time and let the baby get used to it , if they don’t prefer try again after a few days.
You can also opt for giving some steamed vegetables or soups or fresh fruit, ragi , multi grain mix , kichidi etc
