Q.
#asktheexperts my baby boy is 5 months old, his birth weight was 3.5 kg now he is 6.3 kgs. he isnt gaining weight, he doesn't feed properly, never wakes up at night to feed. should i introduce him to solids now or should i wait till he completes his 6th month?

Neelam ChinnappaMom of 3 children3 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with this question please note that you can start with solid only after a baby complets 6 months unless advised by your pediatrician to start early what you can do is pump and set aside milk you can use the natural Philip Avent bottle to feed at night you can dream feed him instead of waking him up.
