my baby is 3 months old, 5 kg weight , he is not gaining weight

A. hello babies weight seems to be absolutely fine and nothing to worry and if baby is gaining a minimum of 600 to 800 grams per month then it is a good weight gain and is absolutely nothing to worry about make sure the baby is getting sufficient breast milk or infant formula milk can be given as an alternative
