A. As your baby has turned 5 months old, you can now include semi solid foods in her diet alongwith breastmilk as it will help in gaining weight too. Start slow with 4-6 spoons per serving and twice a day. Feed lentil puree, mashed banana, apple, pear and carrot puree, mixed vegetable soup, ragi and sooji porridge, home made cerelac, etc.
