hello doctor. my daughter will complete her 3rd month on 16 sep. her weight was 3kg 300 g at the time of birth now her weight is 3400 is it good or have to do anything for weigh gain

Your child has only gain hundred grams in three months that’s very very less I mean it practically seems like your child is not getting anything also you haven’t mention what kind of Hira you providing to the child so I would say in this case you should actually without thinking twice should go ahead with giving formula feeding to the child that’s a must for the baby right nowWrite Your Answer Here
