hello doctor... my baby weight on birth is 3kg & on 1.5month her weight is 3.3kg . what I should do for weight gain of my baby

A. dear mum, you should continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. that's the most healthy way to gain weight. at one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.

A. first 10 days baby loses 200 grams to 300 grams and then there is a gain of 500 grams to 700 grams per month accordingly if your baby is increasing it is okay if not check with the doctor and feed your baby for the longer duration also
