Why is this happening, and what can we do to help him? We've been using Aquaphor. He had really bad rashes from October to January too. They went away then, but there were always some on his hands and here and there. The back and stomach rashes were gone, and now they're all back again. The rashes on his hands itch a lot, but he also tends to scratch whenever he's uncomfortable, though they really do itch a lot.
