Q.

#asktheexperts my aerolas burns a lot during and after feeding..applied ghee and coconut oil ..it goes ves temporary relief but again it starts since one week and more

A. Rinse the breast after each feeding with water to reduce the risk of infection. Apply a cold pack to numb the injured area before nursing. Cold can help dull the pain. slow your baby comfortable feeding position.
