Start feeding from the less sore breast first as the baby in the first few minutes of feeding, tends to latch harder. Wipe your nipples with a warm wash cloth and let the nipples dry. Apply any moisturizer that suits your skin. Apply your own milk on the sore nipples. Use cotton breast pads and change them often. Use any nipple protector to stop your clothes from getting rubbed against your nipples.
