NikithaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. hello to get rid of the diaper rashes you can apply diaper rash cream during every diaper change or you can also apply for coconut oil from babyhug which can help prevent rashes and also maintain a proper hygiene which would help and keep the skin soft and smooth
