#asktheexperts My 7mnths old baby is having irregular bowel movements. Having constipation issues. Tried fibre rich foods but yet things have not improved much. Kindly provide some suggestions regarding it.

A. See when you start giving external food it is common for kids to have constipation not a problem apart from fibres you should give plenty of fluids where you can include water and buttermilk along with a Coconut water can also be given and over the period only the digestion will get better
