There can be some kind of appetite fluctuations fullness because of too much of liquid intake, desire for independence and overwhelming sensory triggers. Always include at least one familiar food. They liable eat on their plate. Eliminate pressure or giving bribes. Try following a scheduled routine so that your children can understand the true hunger cue. Stay completely calm when the child refuses to eat or split the food
